Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Answr’s services. By signing up for an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any business you represent.

If you’re signing up on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to this agreement.

Answr provides AI-powered call and SMS handling for small businesses, including appointment booking into connected calendars. Service availability, feature set, and limits depend on your subscription plan.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle via Stripe. Metered overage (voice minutes beyond fair-use, SMS beyond included volume) is billed in arrears.

Cancelling closes the account at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.

“Unlimited” plans include a fair-use benchmark of voice minutes: 250/mo on Starter, 600/mo on Growth, 1,700/mo on Pro. These benchmarks cover the usage patterns we observe for 95%+ of subscribers.

If your usage significantly exceeds your plan’s benchmark, we will notify you and give you the option to (a) upgrade to the next tier or (b) switch to pay-per-minute overage at the published rate. We will not charge overage without your explicit acceptance.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Make outbound calls or SMS without the recipient’s prior consent (TCPA).
• Collect payment card data, protected health information, or other sensitive data outside of HIPAA-compliant Enterprise plans.
• Impersonate another business or person.
• Abuse the service to circumvent fair-use or anti-fraud controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail payment, or abuse the service. You may terminate at any time from your billing portal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Answr’s liability is capped at amounts paid to Answr in the 12 months preceding the claim. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
