About fair-use
Our “unlimited” plans include a fair-use benchmark — 250 minutes on Starter, 600 on Growth, 1,700 on Pro. Those cover 95%+ of real usage patterns we see. If you cross your benchmark, we notify you twice, then you choose: upgrade or pay metered overage. We never charge you overage without asking first.
- What counts toward fair-use minutes?Only active conversation time. Rings, busy signals, and connect setup are free. Minutes are metered to the nearest second so a 4-second call costs you 4 seconds.
- What if I cross my plan’s fair-use benchmark?We email you at 75% and 90%. At 100% you can upgrade, switch to pay-per-minute overage, or keep going with advance notice of overage billing. Nothing charges without your explicit OK.
- Does the texting add-on work with every plan?Yes. Add it to Starter, Growth, or Pro for $29/mo. Includes 700 AI-answered messages plus a unified voice + SMS inbox. Overage is $0.05/message.
- Can I switch plans later?Any time, both directions. Upgrades prorate immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
